Barbara's Skin Care Regime
I use the same products over and over based on my research. I do not fall for low impact products packaged prettily! No,no..not for me!
Here is my regimen if you want to transform your skin. Do NOT get overwhelmed. You can start slowly depending on your issue…Glowing Skin? Wrinkles? Dark spots?
You do not need a drawer full of products. Choose the ones you think you need!
I would begin with the "Vitamin C" serum in the morning and the Retin-A at night.
Then, watch for your Glow!
Morning Regimen:
DMAE Cleanser (or Vitamin A Cleanser)
"C" U Later Wrinkles+, or our new Vitamin-C Serum "Supreme" 20%
Eye Repair Peptide Complex
Advanced Hydration Complex
Lift in a Jar

Optional:
Glycolic Acid 10% (2x per week)
Dark Spot Eraser (on individual spots)
You can mix your sunscreen with the foundation that you love. (Take a look at my Aloe Foundation)
Evening Regimen:
DMAE Cleanser (or Vitamin A Cleanser)
Retin-AL Vitamin A treatment I have been advocating Retinol since 1997. It is a MUST for mature skin. Retinoids encourage cell turnover & collagen syntethis which slows dramatically in our 40’s. Be judicious you want a good productive strength that is highly absorbable and does not just sit on top of your skin.. for your hormone balance You want a serum vs a cream. Apply at night…If you are a beginner, start with 1-2 times per week and then work up to every night. You will LOVE it.
"C" U Later Wrinkles+ (or Vitamin-C Serum Supreme 20%)
"Younger You Eye Masque" (or Eye Repair Peptide Complex)
Lift in a Jar on my neck and jawline.
Twice per week (and always before I tape a video), I do an at-home microdermabrasion treatment with either Clinician’s complex microdermabrasion crème or Derma E microdermabrasion crème Do this first before applying any products. I did a Secret Shopper for a Spa treatment. It cost $140 and they used a SANDER that made a machine noise. It scared me. AND the tech told me "You could do this at home with the right product…" Sp....I found it. It is soo much better! Clinician's Complex Microdermabrasion creme contains very small granules like fine sand… Apply in a circular motion, then rinse.
OK…that’s it…I tell my husband: “I’ll be back in about 20 mins….I Have to do my Lotions & Potions and Devotions!” I pray during my skin care regimen!
It’s work, but I just love getting complements on my skin. Especially since I am over 65 oh, boy…where did the years go??? I was on an airplane 2 months ago and the woman next to me told me that I had beautiful skin. I told her “I treat my skin care regimen like an Olympic Sport” She said, "I need to start doing that." I replied "It is Never too late! Then I went to the bathroom and the flight attendant said You have lovely skin!" I had a C in my purse and handed it to her. She was DELIGHTED! I want everyone to get complements on their beautiful facial skin!
You could just pick a couple of products and start there. I strongly recommend the “C” U-Later in the morning and the Retin-AL at night.
Beautiful skin does not have to be complicated and certainly does not need to cost up to $100 per product like those we see advertised. That makes me sad...honestly.Mad too. Because you deserve better than pretty packaging and empty promises. Email me if you need more specific help or call my office. One of my lovely assistants will be very happy to help you. We are all glowing around here and we want that for you I am your advocate. Now go take care of that beautiful skin!
Optional:
Clinician’s Complex Microdermabrasion Crème (or Derma E Microdermabrasion Crème - 2x per week)
